  • Some believe that masturbation actually improves sexual health and relationships. By masturbating people can gain a better understanding of their body and hence can share it with their partners to improve relationships.

Although masturbation has been accepted as a healthy and normal activity yet it should not be indulged in moderation.

  • Over masturbation is a situation which demands immediate attention. There is no proper definition of over masturbation but if it becomes an obsession and hampers your daily routine then you must think about curbing it. Especially teenagers are at risk of over indulging in it which may affect their future life.

In spite of the available medical testaments, still today a lot of societies do not encourage even discussion about it. We have to broaden our outlook and accept it as a reality and spread awareness about it so that people do not harbor guilt about it and are able to lead normal lives.

    Pure genuine advice…this is exactly pointing out towards numerous myths related to masterbation…and absolutely there is no harm of doing it if done in moderation or rather call it that there is nothing called moderate amount…as far as u do it for pleasure it’s really good for health and mind
