Coffee lowers the risk of type 2 diabetes

Though till date coffee consumption was been seen as sending invitation to several health diseases, but recent research says that coffee ont only proved to be saviour from premature dying of heart disease but also reduces the risk of type 2 diabetes.

The study revealed that people who are in habit of taking up to 7 cups of coffee a day has developed 50% more immunity to resist type 2 diabetes. Every cup of coffee lowers the risk of type 2 diabetes by approx. 7%. But the researchers are still considering that drinking too much coffee opens the door to several serious health problems including heart attack, cancer etc. So they are still looking at the connection between coffee and other health benefits and caution people that 7 cup of coffee is too enough toinvite several other health problems.
